Shipping policy

Estimated Delivery Time

Expect delivery in 7-9 business days after placing the order. The J&M Co Shop products ship via DHL, USPS, UPS, and other reliable carriers.  At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. We hope to expand to all of North America soon!

Smooth Shipping

Including a phone number and email address with your order will help to ensure a smoother and more successful delivery experience.  When couriers have a way to contact you, it increases the chances that the package will be delivered on the first attempt.

Tracking Information

Please allow 2-6 business days for your order to process.  You will receive an email as soon as your order is processed to let you know your order is on the way. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to see real-time tracking details in your shipping notification emails, by logging into your The J&M Co Shop account, or by following us on the Shop app. You’ll be sent an email each time there is a status update on your order.

Late Orders

If you do not receive all your items within the shipping window, we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days, as occasional delays can occur.  Still no package?  Please reach out to our team at hello@thejandmcoshop.com with your order number, and we will be happy to help you.

Partial Delivery

Not all items will arrive packaged together.  For example: Mugs and Gift Wrap are packaged separately to keep them safe and in good shape during shipping, so you may receive multiple packages to complete your order.
