Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, you must contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

- Photos showing the defect/damage (if applicable)
Claims deemed an error on our part will be replaced or refunded at our expense.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Before checking out, please be sure to review the details of each item in your order. When ordering clothing always reference the sizing chart and fit notes in the product description before choosing size. In addition, double-check your shipping address.
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom items that were made in accordance with the order specifications indicated by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size

Change of mind
- Gift cards
Items not in their original condition, packaging, and with original tags
Unclaimed shipments and those returned without prior authorization will not be refunded and may be donated to charity.
Wrong or Insufficient Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, the order will be returned to our facility.
You will be responsible for reshipment costs after providing a corrected address. If you choose not to reship, the order will be donated to charity at your expense and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Our suppliers may request the damaged product be returned for inspection prior to approval of a refund. You must contact us to initiate the refund process prior to shipping the damaged item or the request for refund will be denied. We will notify you once the item has been received and inspected and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
